The only craft brewery I've ever seen with PBR on tap. #troveon #craftbeer #brewerytourism
The only craft brewery I've ever seen with PBR on tap. #troveon #craftbeer #brewerytourism
The old Buckle School house on Gooseberry Creek Road near Worland Wyoming
Headed up to Cloud Peak.
There is a tiny brewery built right at the base of this red rock formation. If you take state route 16 between Bighorn National Forrest and Buffalo Bill State Park, you will drive through the tiny "town" or Ten Sleep. By the time you get to the brewery there is literally nothing around but fields and open plains. As you can see in the picture, you have to cross a cattle grate to drive up the driveway. The brewery had recently changed its hours and turned out to be closed when we arrived. The incredibly nice owners welcomed us in for a brief tasting and growler fill as they happened to be in the tasting room doing paperwork when we walked in. They brewed a variety of styles, but they nailed the flavor of the American style light beer you wouldn't generally associate with the craft beer movement. The interior decor was what you would expect from a bar in Wyoming (antlers and taxidermy items hanging on the walls). No hipster influence at this brewery. #troveon #craftbeer #brewerytourism
